Demand Radar is an internal analytics tool used by authorized staff and contractors of ООО «РЕМОНТ НА ОК» for market research and content planning. The planned YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services only for the documented internal Analytics & Reporting use case.
Use of Demand Radar is also subject to the Demand Radar Terms and the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The planned v1 design is limited to public-data read operations through channels.list, playlistItems.list, and commentThreads.list. It does not use search.list, scraping, OAuth Authorized Data, uploads, or write/update/delete actions.
Transient processing may involve technical channel/video/comment identifiers, timestamps, and public comment text needed to calculate independent demand signals. Demand Radar does not intentionally persist commenter display names, profile images, author channel identifiers, or other author identity fields.
Public comment text may be processed transiently to identify recurring questions, normalized customer problems, topic categories, and other independently calculated analytics. These derived metrics are generated by ООО «РЕМОНТ НА ОК» and are not metrics supplied, endorsed, or approved by YouTube or Google.
Any longer retention for approved derived metrics applies only after YouTube/Google confirms that the specific use case qualifies for the additional derived-metrics and data-storage policies. It does not extend the standard retention period for categories such as comment text.
Access to Demand Radar is limited to authorized personnel and contractors acting for ООО «РЕМОНТ НА ОК». YouTube API Data is not sold, licensed as a data product, or used to target advertising to individual YouTube users. Access is limited to what is necessary for the documented internal analytics purpose.
Service providers may process limited technical data only where necessary to host or operate the tool and subject to applicable contractual and security requirements. The static audit review surface itself does not contain YouTube API Data or credentials.
The Demand Radar review surface does not intentionally set application analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information under the hosting provider's own policies. If the production API Client later adds cookies or similar technology, this policy must be updated before that behavior is enabled.
Questions, complaints, or applicable requests concerning data handled by Demand Radar may be sent to remontnaokey@yandex.ru. Where data can be technically identified and deletion is applicable, the operator will remove it from systems under its control in accordance with applicable law and YouTube API Services policies.
Deleting data held by Demand Radar does not delete or modify content stored by YouTube. Demand Radar does not request or store YouTube login credentials.
Credentials must not be embedded in client-side HTML or source control. Access controls, data minimization, retention enforcement, and audit logging are part of the production design. The policy will be updated before any material expansion of YouTube endpoints, data categories, user-facing features, OAuth scopes, or retention practices.

До документированного одобрения YouTube/Google provider gate остаётся закрытым, живые вызовы YouTube API и production-обработка не включаются.
